Should votes count in Florida for Democratic primary! - No!
There are many living in Florida that where registered Independent.
Fact: Many Independents who intended to register and vote as Democrats did not when they heard their vote would not count.
Fact: Many Democrats simply did not vote because they were told their vote would not count.
Fact: The only way to represent all the Democratic voters in Florida would be to hold the vote again giving all Democrats a chance to vote.
